Robert Woolas
Following initial training in surgery in obstetrics and gynaecology, Robert graduated from the St. Bartholomew's Hospital in Royal Marsden, training programme in gynaecological oncology in 1996. He returned home to found a department and regional training programme and has since continued his long standing interest in utilising serum bio markers for the early detection of ovarian cancer. His current research interests include, pre-clinical detection of lung cancer, endometrial cancer and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma along with many other aspects of gynaecological oncology.
